Local art deco building in Bournemouth.
Old blown render was removed from various areas around the building, and replaced with new render.
This contract took nearly a year to complete to the full satisfaction of the client.
The original loose and blown stone dash render was removed, as this was leading to internal walls penetrating damp problems.
This was then replaced with Eco rend MRI silicone based coloured render, offering a far more resilient and water resistant finish, and enhancing the value of the property.
Gorgeous marble white colour to compliment the new dark grey windows and plinth.
Original old red brickwork in poor state or repair.
Transformed with K-Rend silicone based render, incorporating a raised band through the centre in a contrasting colour.
Eco Rend SR 15 is a silicone based render.
Client extremely pleased with the change to the look of their property.
Brick window sills also rendered to match wall cement and sand rendered plinth below damp course level.
